We are both trained and qualified through Ennneagram Worldwide which uses the narrative tradition of learning. This means we believe in the power of hearing story (specifically your story) and that learning is most effective as a facilitated and mutual experience, drawing on the wisdom already ‘in the room'.

Andy Proudfoot MBA
Co-founder
Andy has worked in senior leadership positions in the business sector for the last 20 years. Andy is driven by a desire to see people and organisations develop and fulfil their potential. Andy has a BA in Management an MBA and Grad Dip in Theology. He is currently General Director of Ashburnham Place in East Sussex, England, where he resides with his wife and two children.
Paul Wenham MSC
Co-founder
Paul has led various organisations and social enterprises over the years and loves it when a good team comes together. He is a firm believer that all people are fearfully brilliant but are sometimes unaware of that fact. As a keen long-distance runner he enjoys the outdoors, endurance and quiet adventures. He has three delightful daughters, an equally delightful wife and a less delightful but useful MSc in Management.

Anna Pienaar
Anna Pienaar brings two decades of senior leadership experience across human rights, international development, and private sector engagement. She has led global teams and multi-stakeholder partnerships advancing the rights and well-being of vulnerable populations throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Passionate about the power of self-awareness and self-knowledge—particularly through the Enneagram—as a foundation for effective, compassionate leadership, Anna has facilitated professional mentorship groups for women and champions inclusive, values-driven leadership in diverse cultural and organizational settings. She holds advanced degrees in international development and business management and has lived and worked on four continents.
Liz West
Liz West is one of the foremost elders of the Enneagram in the United Kingdom. For over 20 years she has been teaching and working with the Enneagram across a wide range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
Liz has served on the UK Enneagram Training Team, equipping hundreds of practitioners to train and qualify in the Enneagram. Her teaching highlights the Enneagram as a tool for growth and transformation, illuminating the deeper patterns that shape human behaviour. Through facilitating groups, leading trainings, and mentoring practitioners, Liz has made a lasting impact—leaving a legacy through both her direct teaching and the many leaders she has nurtured.
Professional Training
Andy and Paul were trained through Enneagram Training who are the official providers of the Enneagram Narrative Tradition Professional Training Programme in the UK & Ireland and are a fully accredited school with the International Enneagram Association. Andy and Paul have both achieved the highest possible UK training including the teacher, panel, workshop, typing and one to one qualifications. www.enneagramtraining.co.uk
